Very light orange-pink. Fresh strawberry and tangerine on the nose, joined by bright mineral and floral notes as the wine opens with air. Taut and energetic in the mouth, offering refreshingly bitter red currant and orange zest flavors and a touch of white pepper. Finishes stony and quite long, featuring a lingering suggestion of candied
flowers.
WINEMAKER'S TASTING NOTES
This vintage sparkling wine from D.O. Classic Penedes is clean, intense and aromatic. Notes of mature white fruit, pear, peach and candied ginger have developed with aging. “Brut nature” is bone dry with a refreshingly long finish with fine bubbles.
